We created The Burnout Pit as a space where friend groups can come together to connect, grow, and learn from one another. Building on that same vision, we’re excited to introduce something just as impactful.
We’re proud to interduce you to the TBP: Designs Program.
This program offers a creative opportunity for talented individuals to showcase; your skills, support the community, and grow your personal brand alongside ours. It’s designed to help aspiring graphic designers regardless of age or experience take a meaningful step forward by gaining real world exposure and adding a community of 700+ members to their portfolio or résumé.
We provide the platform. You bring the creativity. Through collaboration, learning, and mentorship, everyone benefits and together, we thrive.

What Are The Qualifications?
What Are The Qualifications?
Qualifications are simple, here they are:
Experience
Need experience operating a program to create your designs (Canva, ibisPain X, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Minimum Age Requirement
Required to be at least 13+ years old.
3.Knowledge
Understanding with Discord’s TOS HERE.
Understanding of the TBP: Designs Program TOS HERE.
Familiarity of the server’s rules HERE.
4. Availability
Team Members are expected to be regularly active.
