What Are The Qualifications?
What Are The Qualifications?
Qualifications are simple yet effective, here they are:
Experience
Must have moderation experience in another server (Not owned by yourself).
Previous experience as a Discord staff member or moderator is required.
Ability to provide proof or references of past moderation experience is not required, but recommended.
Minimum Age Requirement
Require staff members to be at least 13+ years old.
Personality and Mindset
Should have a calm, patient, and fair attitude.
Needs to be trustworthy and responsible, as you'll have access to moderation tools and sensitive information.
Good communication skills are essential for interacting with community members and other staff.
Knowledge
Availability
Staff members are expected to be regularly active and available to monitor the server.
Technical Skills (Optional but Beneficial)
Understanding bot(s) commands
Troubleshoot technical issues
Assist with server management tasks.
